৩. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করার সময় সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি —

• কোনো ক্যাম্পেইন বা কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর অর্থ ফেরত (refund) প্রযোজ্য নয়।

• বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র Songkhep-এর বিবেচনায় প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

৫. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সমস্ত কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন, গ্রাফিক্স ও উপকরণ Songkhep-এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি।
এই উপকরণ অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, বিতরণ বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

৬. দায়সীমা (Limitation of Liability)

Songkhep কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না —

• আপনার ব্যবসার ক্ষতি, লোকসান বা কোনো রকম প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য।

• সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মের অ্যালগরিদম পরিবর্তন বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের নীতির কারণে ক্যাম্পেইনের ফলাফলে পরিবর্তনের জন্য।

আমাদের দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধ শুধুমাত্র সেই পরিষেবার মধ্যে যা পূর্বে নির্দিষ্টভাবে সম্মত হয়েছে।

৭. তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্ম

আমরা Facebook (Meta), Google বা WhatsApp-এর মতো তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল ব্যবহার করতে পারি।
এই প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলোর নীতি, পারফরম্যান্স বা ত্রুটির জন্য Songkhep দায়বদ্ধ নয়।

৮. পরিষেবা বাতিলকরণ (Termination)

Songkhep ব্যবহারকারীর পরিষেবা স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে যদি:

• ব্যবহারকারী শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করেন,

• প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপে যুক্ত হন, বা

• ওয়েবসাইট বা ব্র্যান্ডের সুনাম নষ্ট করার চেষ্টা করেন।

৯. শর্ত পরিবর্তন

আমরা যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখি।
সর্বশেষ সংস্করণটি সর্বদা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত থাকবে এবং সেই তারিখটি উপরে উল্লেখ করা হবে।
